SENDING YOU HAPPY THOUGHTS!

Good morning everyone!  Just wanted to send some happy thoughts your way.  I love the sweet look of this card and I thought you might too.  I used the Greeting Farm Holiday Anya 3 stamp and colored her with my Copic markers.  I embellished my card with buttons and a little bit of the pink fringe trim from my Etsy shop.  I even used a llittle sparkly fluff on her muff.  I hope you  all have a beautiful day and keep your thoughts happy and positive.  That is what I am planning on doing.  It's the best way to be.  All smiles!!

CHRISTMAS IS OVER???

I know Christmas is over, but I am not quite ready to move on to the next holiday.  Yesterday I was practicing my coloring and decided to color up this adorable Penny Black image.  Today I will take time to use it to make a sweet little card.  My goal for 2014 is to savor every moment of life and not rush through each month just because the "stores" are telling us, through their advertisement, that it is time.  I am going to enjoy the Christmas spirit for just a few more days and finish up a couple more projects before I pack up all of my decorations.  Remember that we only get one shot at each day.  Take time to enjoy life.  Have a blessed rest of your week.

Pretties By Alease Etsy store UPDATE!

Good morning!  I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas.  I had a very nice relaxing day with my family filled with eating, talking and watching lots of Hallmark movies.  As I was working late in the evening on my new items for my Etsy shop, I stopped and realized that I really wanted more time to spend with hubby on his days off work.  This time is so precious for me because he works long hours that I thought it would be great to just take more time off as well.  Therefore, "Pretties By Alease" will remain closed until January 1, 2014.   I look forward to bringing pretty things to share with you.  Please visit my store and enter your email address so that you will recieve a notice when the shop is open.  Thanks so much and Happy New Year to you all.  Oh, also, there will be a giveaway here on my blog that day as well.  Stay tuned!!!!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS

As I sit here writing this post, I have to stop and thank God for all of the wonderfully people in my life.  These past few weeks have truly been a blessing and I thank GOD for each person that He has allowed to come my way.  I am grateful for so many things.  It has been so much fun watching my store grow in such a short period of time.  I am just taking it slow and asking God to be my guide.  I am looking forward to new listings and most of all I am looking forward to reading more of the very sweet comments that have been receiving.  I will be closing shop for a Christmas break while I spend time with my family and friends.  I will announce that soon.  Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!!

The Greeting Farm "Cyber Monday" hop

Thanks for stopping by my channel for the Cyber Monday hop.  I created this adorable tag using Beanie Anya.   The house shaped die cut is from "Make it Cutsey" on Zibbet and the paper is the DCWV Jolly Whimsy paper stack.  I love all of the shabby colors.  The rooftop was created by gluing on vintage buttons and then adding lots and lots of glitter.
